Purpose of the Linkeate app

Linkeate helps you put your important links and business tools on one shareable page. The optional AI chatbot answers visitors using content you provide, including Google documents you choose to connect.

Qué es Linkeate

Linkeate es una plataforma de link in bio para creadores, marcas y negocios. Con una cuenta puedes crear una o varias páginas públicas (bios) con enlaces, tienda, formularios, analíticas y un chatbot con IA que responde a visitantes usando la información que tú configures.

Funcionalidades principales

• Página link-in-bio personalizable (enlaces, diseño, varias bios por cuenta).
• Tienda y formularios en la bio.
• Analíticas de visitas y clics.
• Chatbot IA alimentado por documentos y textos que el dueño de la bio aporta.
• Integraciones opcionales (p. ej. Instagram, Google Drive).

Why Linkeate requests Google user data

Linkeate requests Google data only when you authorize it, for these limited purposes:

1. Google Sign-In

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Linkeate uses your Google name, email, and profile image to create or sign in to your Linkeate account. That sign-in scope is not used to read your Drive files.

2. Google Drive / Docs (chatbot knowledge)

If you connect Google Drive from the manage panel, Linkeate requests read-only access (drive.readonly) to:

• Read Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides whose URL you paste into the chatbot settings.
• Index that text so your bio chatbot can answer with up-to-date information.
• Keep the document in sync when it changes (when sync is enabled).

Linkeate does not modify, delete, or share your Drive files, and does not sell Google user data. You can disconnect Drive anytime from Manage → Integrations → Google Drive.

Por qué Linkeate solicita datos de Google

Linkeate usa APIs de Google de forma limitada y solo cuando tú lo autorizas:

• Inicio de sesión: nombre, email e imagen de perfil para autenticarte.
• Drive (solo lectura): leer Docs/Sheets/Slides que indiques para el chatbot de tu bio; no modificamos ni compartimos tus archivos.

How the Google Drive flow works

1. Sign in to Linkeate (optionally with Google).
2. Connect Google Drive and grant read-only access.
3. Paste a Doc/Sheet/Slides URL in your bio chatbot settings.
4. Linkeate reads that document only as knowledge for your account’s chatbot.
